Lab Description

Step into a playful, process-driven 6-week mixed media studio experience designed to inspire exploration and creative momentum. Each week begins with a 30-minute technique spotlight, introducing fresh materials and approaches—from acrylic paint and oil pastels to collage, layering, texture, mark making, and pattern. From there, the studio opens up for 90 minutes of supported open work time, where you’re free to follow your ideas, build on ongoing pieces, or experiment with something entirely new at your own rhythm. This class is all about curiosity over perfection. You’ll be encouraged to explore, ask questions, take creative risks, and embrace the unexpected in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Beginners and experienced artists alike will feel at home as we loosen up, trust the process, and let the work evolve naturally.
